Solved our problem of poor signal quality of the old transmitter. We had to sit in front of the garage door and it only works 50% of the time. It has a wide range. It activates the garage door neighbor’s house. I can get now without trouble. The big plus is that it will open both doors. Very happy with this item.

No problems worked perfectly, has two DIP switch settings, which makes it a very safe open.
