This is the second garage door opener, Genie, I purchased and installed. The first was a few years ago, and it seems that the quality went down to build. Many locks have failed spectacularly. There are heads and hex fly willy-nilly in my garage. If you have the misfortune of shopping by price rather than quality as I do, I recommend that you use the local hardware store and replace every single nut and bolt to visit.
